1. Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Time

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

After processing, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Time Zone

All processing times, shipping timelines, and customer support hours are based on:

Eastern Standard Time (EST) – United States

3. Shipping Rates

Coataro currently offers a simple flat-rate shipping model for all domestic orders within the United States.

Flat Shipping Rate

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $25 USD

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Shipping Method

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery of your orders.

Shipping methods may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other reliable domestic courier services

The shipping carrier is selected based on the order destination, package size, and logistics availability.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Coataro does not offer international shipping.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the USA may be canceled and refunded.

6. Order Adjustments

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We may be able to assist with:

  • Updating product details
  • Correcting customer information
  • Canceling orders before shipment

Once an order has been processed or shipped, adjustments may no longer be possible.

7. Changing the Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or shipment stages.

Coataro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping fees
  • Re-delivery costs

Coataro is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

12. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be charged on orders depending on the shipping destination and local state tax regulations within the United States.

Sales tax amounts, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
